32 Movements

Definition: named after the patriot Ahn Joong-Gun who assassinated Hiro-Bumi Ito, the first Japanese governor-general of Korea. There are 32 movements in this pattern to represent Mr. Ahn's age when he was executed in a Lui-Shung prison

Starting Position: Closes Ready Stance B facing to D.

1. Turn 90 to B and execute a left middle inside knife hand block in a right back stance.

2. Execute a left mid-section snap kick, keeping the hands in position.

3. Lower the left foot down and execute a right scooping block towards B while moving the right foot into a left rear foot stance.

4. Turn 180 to A, moving the right foot and execute a right middle inside knife hand block in a left back stance.

5. Execute a right mid-section snap kick, keeping the hands in position.

6. Lower the right foot down and execute a left scooping block towards A while moving the left foot into a right rear foot stance.

7. Move the left foot to D and execute a mid-section knife hand guarding block in a right back stance.

8. Moving the left foot into a walking stance towards D and execute a high right elbow strike.

9. Moving forward to D, execute a mid-section knife hand guarding block in a right back stance.

10. Moving the right foot into a walking stance towards D and execute a high left elbow strike.

11. Move the left foot to D in a stomping action and execute a twin high section punch in a left walking stance.

12. Move the right foot to D in a stomping action and execute a twin upset punch in a right walking stance.

13. Turn 180 counter clockwise, moving the left foot to C and execute a high section X block in a left walking stance.

14. Turn 90 counter clockwise and execute a left high side strike to E in a right back stance.

15. Move the left foot into a left walking stance while twisting the left wrist counter clockwise downwards.

16. Execute a high section right punch maintaining the left walking stance.

17. Move the left foot to right foot. Move the right foot to F and execute a right high side strike to F in a left back stance.

18. Move the right foot into a right walking stance while twisting the right wrist clockwise downwards.

19. Execute a high section left punch while maintaining the right walking stance.

20. Move the right foot to the left foot, then move the left foot to C into a left walking stance and execute a mid-section 2-arm block.

21. Execute a left lunge punch towards C while moving the left foot into a right back stance.

22. Execute a right turning side kick towards C.

23. Lower the right foot to C into a right walking stance and execute a mid-section 2-arm block.

24. Execute a right lunge punch towards C while moving the right foot into a left back stance.

25. Execute a right turning side kick towards C.

26. Lower the left foot towards C into a right guarding block.

27. Move the left foot into a left walking stance while executing a pressing block. (Perform in slow motion)

28. Step forwards to C into a left guarding block.

29. Move the right foot into a right walking stance while executing a pressing block. (Perform in slow motion)

30. Pull the right foot to the left foot into a closed stance while performing a right crescent punch facing A.

31. Move the right foot towards A into a fixed stance while executing a U-shaped block.

32. Move the right foot to the left foot, then move the left foot towards B into a fixed stance while executing a U-shaped block. (Kiyap)
