21 Movements

 

Definition: The Holy Dan-Gun, Founder of Korea in the year 2333 BC.

 

 

Starting Position: Ready Position facing D

1. Turn 90 counter-clockwise to B and execute a left knife-hand guarding block in a right back (L) stance.

2. Step forward to B and execute a high section right punch in a right walking stance.

3. Turn 180 clockwise to A and execute a right knife-hand guarding block in a left back (L) stance.

4. Step forward to A and execute a high section left punch in a left walking stance.

5. Turn 90 counter clockwise to D and execute a left down block in a left walking stance.

6. Step towards D and execute a right high section punch in a right walking stance.

7. Step towards D and execute a left high section punch in a left walking stance.

8. Step towards D and execute a right high section punch in a right walking stance.

9. Turn 270 counter clockwise towards E and execute a twin forearm block in a right back stance.

10. Execute a right high section punch in a right walking stance towards E.

11. Turn 180 towards F and execute a twin forearm in a left back stance.

12. Execute a left high section punch in a left walking stance towards F.

13. Turn 90 counter clockwise towards C and execute a left down block in a left walking stance.

14. Execute a left high block while maintaining a left walking stance.( Perform the two movements in consecutive motion.)

15. Moving towards C, execute a right high section block in a right walking stance.

16. Moving towards C, execute a left high section block in a left walking stance.

17. Moving towards C, execute a right high section block in a right walking stance.

18. Turn 270 counter clockwise towards B and execute a left side strike in a left back stance.

19. Step forwards towards B and execute a right high section punch in a right walking stance.

20. Turn 180 clockwise towards A and execute a right side strike in a left back stance.

21. Step forwards towards A and execute a left high section punch in a left walking stance. Kiyap!
