19 Movements

 

Definition: means literally " the Heaven the Earth". This pattern consists of two similar parts; one to represent the Heaven and the other the Earth.

Starting Position: Ready Stance facing to D.

1. Turn 90 Counter-clockwise to B and execute left down block in a left walking stance.

2. Step forward to B and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance.

3. Turn  180 Clockwise to A and execute right down block in a right walking stance.

4. Step forward to A and execute a left middle section punch in a left walking stance.

5. Turn 90 Counter-clockwise to D and execute left down block in a left walking stance.

6. Step forward to D and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance.

7. Turn  180 Clockwise to C and execute right down block in a right walking stance.

8. Step forward to C and execute a left middle section punch in a left walking stance.

9. Turn 90 Counter-clockwise to A and execute left middle inside block in a left back (L) stance.

10. Step forward to A and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance.

11. Turn  180 Clockwise to B and execute right middle inside block in a right back (L) stance.

12. Step forward to B and execute a left middle section punch in a left walking stance.

13. Turn 90 Counter-clockwise to C and execute left middle inside block in a left back (L) stance.

14. Step forward to C and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance.

15. Turn  180 Clockwise to D and execute right middle inside block in a right back (L) stance.

16. Step forward to D and execute a left middle section punch in a left walking stance.

17. Step forward to D and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance.

18. Stepping backwards, facing D, and execute a left middle section punch in a left walking stance.

19. Stepping backwards, facing D, and execute a right middle section punch in a right walking stance. (Kiyap)
