T his is a non-tourist area and less crowded, but a very splendid one. This
trek takes you to Thulo Sailung (3100 m), its highest elevation, from
where you will see a vast Himalayan range from Makalu to Dhaulagiri. In
additional, this is the only trek f rom where you will have a glimpse of
Tarai - the lowland of Nepal as well as the world's highest - Mt. Everest
(8848 m).While trekking in this area, we walk high up on spectacular
ridges in an area inhabited by Tamangs - an indigenous Buddhists community
whose religion is a fusion of Buddhist Lamaism and the Shamanist Bon
culture. It is common for a village to have a Lama and a Jhankri (Shaman).
Except Tamang, you will have encountered with different ethnic people and
experience about socio-economic situation, life-style, and their
professions. Moreover, the main attraction of this area is, it gives a
wide range of exploration to the trekkers. The itinerary can be short and

Treks
This new opened trek calls Round Timal is just next to Helambu
region and start from Namobuddha is near from Kathmandu and very close to
the small city of Dhulikhel (famous for most popular tourist destination)
and treks ends at the Dolakha from where you will drive back to Katmandu.
One can see both the nature and culture during the trip. It is non-tourist
area, only a few trekkers do this trek within the year. Main highlight of
this trekking is to get the Gauba Bhanjyang and Thulo Sailung from where
you can have the magnificent views of eastern part of Himalayas of Nepal.
Especially people like this area very much; who are interested to visit to
the non-tourist area. You will have encounter with several different

Total 14 Days Kalinchok Trek
From Kathmandu drive via Barabise to Kharidunga. Along the trek you will
come across some villages mainly inhabited by Tamangs, Sherpas, and
Brahmins. Along the trail also can be seen are a few monasteries and
Temples. A good view of the Mountains and Sunkoshi river can also be had.
After crossing Sherpa villages you come across a thick forest with lots
Rhododendron trees. After that you reach Kalinchowk. From the highest
altitude of Kalinchowk (3579meters) you could get a good view of Annapurna,
Lamjung, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Shisha Panga , Langtang, Dorjee Lakpa,
Jugal Himal, Amabamori, Gauri Shanker, and Namburi Himal. There is also a
prominent temple of the Hindus called the Kali temple. Two natural springs
originate from this area which are called Sundhara and Tama which are the
main source of the very big two rivers the Sunkoshi and Tama Koshi rivers.
From Kalinchowk one could get a good view of Kathmandu at night. The main
flowers of Nepal Rhododendron (Laligurans) and the national bird Pheasant
(Danfe) can also be seen in this area. While descending to Suspa you could
get to see a very rare community in Nepal called "The Thami."
The trek ends at Charikot which is also a district head quarters then
drive back to Kathmandu or possible to do the Sailung Trek as same time.

The trek originates from Chautara. From Kathmandu drive to Chautara( this
main gate for starts Trek . Chautara is the district headquarter. The trek
first passes through a village and then all the way it is forests. The
forests mainly bamboo, pine and other evergreen forests. Along the trek
panoramic view point . we see Gauri Shanker, . Langtang, Dorje Lakpa,
Jugal Himal The name Pancha Pokhari is deprived from a holy lake. Paanch
Pokhari is a ridge ascending to the north where it reaches Jugal Himal.
On the way
the trek passes by a monastery called Chhagumn Monastery. This is where
the Reincarnation Monks (Avatare Lama) lives. From this area a part of
Tibet can also be seen. The trek ends at Friendship Bridge which is the
